I'm not new to South Beach but I'm new to this site and I'm ready to make this happen. I've been on and off South Beach for over a year. I lost 30 pounds and slowly put some back on. This is it and I'm ready to take it off for life! I would love a buddy that will weigh in with me each week and keep me motivated in eating right and exercising.
