Congratulations on your start. The first couple of days are hard, but when you think about it, what's a couple of days out of your whole life? It'll get better. Everyone has a vice they have to get over. Yours is candy, mine was fast food. But you'll feel great once you've kicked the habit. Good call on easing into phase 2. I made the mistake of jumping right in, and have put on a couple of pounds. I think I'll try your way. Keep up the good work!!
