I did better this month. A 6 lb. loss. This last lb. has been going up and down and back up again. Last week I saw a 7 lb. loss but here today I ended at 6 lb.
I might have lost 2 lbs. I am so discouraged. I am waiting for my blood test results. If there isn't something else going on I am going to give it up. I cheated one day only since Jan 2.

Before you give it up, let's talk. Weight loss is such a fickle thing. So many factors can hinder it. Are you not eating enough? Too much? How about exercise? Maybe you should keep a food diary. Find out what foods affect you in what ways. Don't give up! Use the support system you have here!
