I lost three, which is two short of my goal. I'd actually lost six and then gained three back. I buried a dear friend this week - like a second father to me, which put me into emotional eating overdrive. I crashed and burned big time. Silver lining: Bup is no longer suffering and I took all the condolences food folks brought (some mighty fine eating I might add, lol!) and gave it to a shelter.

I've got to get out of this funk before I'm sidelined for good. It's a new day, I get to start over, right?

Lost three, gained three....CRUISING!

Had a great time though and I will get the pounds off that I gained...will post that goal on the March goal page.
