i have always read people talk about how eating sugar makes them crave more sugar and i never really had that problem until now.
today is my first day on phase 2 and since it's valentine's day i decided to have a splurge day on drinksand 2night on food only. i drank a cup of orange juice this morning and now i'm having a cup of lemonade and both are delicious!!!!
but it's making me want more!!!! both of my meals today have been on plan but that's because DB is cooking me jumbalaya w/shrimp for dinner.
a co-worker gave me a small box of chocolate's today and they are sitting on my desk right in front of me and it's taking all i have not to open them. i'm going insane
it's been 2 weeks since i've had real sugar and i'm craving!!! plus it's tom!!! but i made it through phase 1 and i can beat this. i'm going to leave them on my desk and beat this!!!!!
i can do it!!!!!
i am now in control of my eating!!! i will give them to DB tonight, he loves chocolate.
