OK, I am still waiting on getting a book in my hot little hands, but I need some questions answered!
- Is Cheese (like part skim Mozzerella) considered protien or Milk/Dairy?
- Are beans considered protien?
- Are Nuts/Seeds their own category? or do they fall under protien?
Other than that, I can everything else is pretty much a no brainer so far! It is just that coming off Atkins, I am trying to get my head around this new way of eating! My book is coming from Amazon!
