I came down with the flu yesterday and I am on day10 of phase one. The only thing I can keep down is regular ginger ale sugar and all. When I get better should I add 1 or 2 days of phase one or move on to phase two on schedule?
Oh dear! Do what you have to do to get better. Ginger tea may help too. When you are better, I'd return to Phase I for a couple of days and move to Phase II IF the cravings don't return. The important thing is to get your groove back!
