Ooh, can I play? I'm just starting out, so don't laugh at my goal!!

Also, I'm not going to count my (usually) daily walk to and from work (30 minutes total) as often it's leisurely and just a part of my day.

February goal: 450 minutes

So, I know it's not a lot to most of you guys, but I'm really super proud that I made my goal this month! My first month back to exercising and now I'm so excited to continue!

Here's my new goal....I've gotta get started exercising again!
Goal 600 minutes
Minutes so far - 30 minutes
I've got a long way to go!

3 - 0 (sat in a car for 11 hours!)
4 - 0 (unless you count walking around SeaWorld most of the day)
5 - 0 (day spent checking our daughter into the college Program at Disney and moving her into her new apartment in Orlando)

GOOD LORD...no wonder I gained weight this week!!!

8 - 15 minute walk to work (froze half to death) and a 15 minute walk home from work 7.5 hours later! so 30 minutes total now!

OK.. Now that I am allowed to exercise again... I am going to join you! I am not setting a goal at this point since I am still under doctors orders to take it easy! So I am going to listen to my body...

Minutes so far: 3544 minutes

2/8 - 97 minutes (42 treadmill / 45 weights and abs / 10 stretching)
2/9 - 90 minutes (45 TM / 45 Stretching and weights/abs)
2/12 - 77 minutes (32 on the Treadmill / 45 stretching/weights/abs)
2/15 - 90 minutes (45 on TM /45 weights/abs/stretching)
