New member here!!

Hi all! Am new to the SBD and new to this forum. Was actually supposed to get going on the beach today, but the stomach flu stopped me from eating pretty much anything this weekend and today included. So, Tuesday Jan. 23 will be my first day. Am hoping to find some good recipes here ( already browsed and saw some good ones) to try out.

Ihave tried 3 of the recipes so far...All very good.
Bean Taco Cassorole, stuffed Pott Mushrooms and the Belgian Waffles...
I have the waffles every Sunday for a treat, with syrup using splenda. So good.
