well i started on the beach about a week ago,and i've already cheated more than enough so i want to continue on phase 1 but my aunt recommended i drink half a glass of water with a tablespoon of ground flaxseed its supposed to be for the cravings, my question is can i have flaxseed on phase 1?
I don't know about cravings, but flaxseed meal seems to swell up a lot in liquid and it's good fat. Maybe it makes you feel fuller? With the Omega-3s and lignans, it's worth eating whatever your reasons are!
