I answered my feelings on Metamucil in the thread on "What kind of Exercise ", please read...also, how do the rest of you girls feel about using it more than once a day in order to help lose weigh faster...
A teaspoon (level) before a meal is what folks use to help them feel full. Definitely no more than that! We should NOT need laxatives on this plan if we are getting 4½ cups of veggies and also eating legumes!
Change isnít easy. But if you donít change, you stay the same, and whereís the fun in that?
