Home-made (low cal) Veg Soup: Good at Reducing Body Fat

  • First, you'll want to get your favorite veggies. Anything is OK, just make sure you add some cabbage. And its up to you, but I also add beans and some small shell noodles.

    1) Add 1 can of tomatoe puree, 2 1/2 cups of water, 2 or 3 spoons of chicken consume/stock and boil

    2) Add your cut up veggies and stir in

    3) Add some seasoning for extra taste (I use garlic, salt and pepper)

    4) Simmer for 1-2 hours

    5) Let sit for 10min

    6) Serve and put leftovers in the fridge

    Its nice with a small slice of buttered bread and a glass of milk. And it tates good when cold too.
    The soup can last a week for one person and a few days if eaten by a family.
    Best eaten once or twice a day, or as a snack in-between meals.
