Terrific recipe from NYTimes this week: Veracruzana Crab Soup
I just made this tonight and it was fantastic! Very spicy and extremely flavorful, but not "hot spicy"- i.e. made me sniffly, but didn't burn my mouth at all. I made it with crab, but I think it could be also made with other types of fish or shrimp like a Cioppino or with shredded chicken. So so good!!! Oh, and I think it could serve way more than 6-8 people.
