Default Pseudo-Stuffed Cabbage by ACE!

My aunt made this recipe for me on the WW program - I'm wondering if this is OK on SBD - If so - ENJOY - It's AMAZING!!!! If not, please let me know so I don't go off-plan... Thanks Ladies...

Pseudo-Stuffed Cabbage:

1 pound extra lean ground turkey
1 egg
1 cup Oatmeal (we used Quick Oats - Will need to try with Old Fashioned - Does it work the same???)
Seasonings
1 can Tomato Juice
1 can Stewed Tomatoes
1 head cabbage
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
Sweetner (fake stuff only!) to taste - My aunt used liquid sweetner - but I assume splenda would work just fine!

Combine Turkey, Egg, oats and seasonings and form into meatballs
Chop Cabbage and throw all remaining ingredients into HUGE Pot
Cook on stove-top for at least an hour - you could also use crock pot - Your call

This is such a delicious meal - I could eat it without the turkey balls and still come back for seconds...

Hope it's legal - I wasn't sure about the lemon juice???

I assume this serves four? The small amnount of lemon juice should not be a problem BUT you should use regular old fashioned oats, not the quick or minute. It should not affect the recipe.
This is Phase II, by the way. I'll move it there.

Not sure on the servings.. I guess it depends on how hungry you are Anyway, just spoke to my aunt - she said you can also throw water chestnuts into the pot - and it adds a really interesting texture (I would chop them first!)
