This is so yummy I am proud of myself for making it up. Try it!
This is enough for about 4 bowls of soup.
1 6oz chicken breast, boneless and skinless
1 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup mixed peppers and onions chopped, great if red, yellow and green peppers used. You can buy it in a frozen mix at Kroger for about a $1 a bag.
5 cups water
1/4 cup canned carrot cubes
5 chicken boullion cubes
1/2 cup canned great northern beans, drained
Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces and place into 5 cups of water, add all other ingredients and cook on low/med heat covered for about 45 mins.
