1 cup dry lentils
1 cup no sugar added tomato sauce
6 cups vegetable broth
1 dry habanero chili, diced - no oil
2 garlic cloves - minced fine
1 tsp black pepper
1 serving smoked sundried tomato - no oil
Combine all in a pot and simmer 60-90 minutes or until thick and the lentils are soft.
