I'm pretty sure this is Ph1, but move me if I'm wrong! This is pretty tasty!
1 jar low-sugar spaghetti sauce
1 jar picante sauce (you pick how spicey you want)
2-15 oz cans of beans
1 package Morningstar Crumbles
red pepper flakes
Defrost the Morningstar Crumbles in a pan with the garlic and red pepper flakes. Toss the crumbles plus everything else in the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours.
Makes 6 servings of about a ladle and a half. 150 calories, 2.2g fat, 10g fiber, roughly. (Three weight watcher points!) I'm going to make it again for the Super Bowl because what I have left will be gone by then!
