Could someone please run this through MC for me. Especially interested in carb count. 1 2-lb chuck roast cut in cubes 1 onion chopped 1 bag frozen cut okra 1 large can chopped tomatoes Cook beef cubes and onion in water to cover until very tender. Add okra and tomatoes and simmer 30 mins. The original recipe calls for diced potatoes; but, I leave them out to cut down on carbs. Easy and DELICIOUS!! Thanks in advance!! P.S.
