Quick & Easy Broccoli Cheese Soup
2- 16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli flowerettes
Large carton chicken broth (should be the same place as the cans)
3/4 lb. American cheese, cut into chunks
garlic powder & black pepper
Pour chicken broth into a pot. Add broccoli and simmer 15 minutes, or till the broccoli is tender. Add cheese chunks and stir till melted. Add black pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Start to table takes about 20-25 minutes. You can also make it with cauliflower or a mix of cauliflower and broccoli.
