Thousand Island Dressing
 

This is really good, tastes like a major brand name dressing.

1/2 cup mayonaise
2 tbsp. ketchup, sugar free
1 tbsp. white vinegar
3 tsp. splenda or sugar substitute to equal 3 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. chopped dill pickle
1 tsp. finely minced white onion or dried
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, whisk well. Refrigerate several hours. You may want to taste and add more sweetner if it is not sweet enough for you. Since it uses dill pickle instead of sweet relish, there is no sweetening from the pickle.
