Hi all. I went out to lunch with my mother and sister on my first day of Wave 2. Was afraid I'd only get to have a green salad, but there in the deli case was this good-looking one. Wild rice, green peas, scallions, celery, sweet onion, tomato, slivered almonds. Dressing was oil and vinegar, not a lot of seasoning other than some shredded parmesan and salt/pepper. Very good!
