Default Wave 1 Pork and Black Bean Chili

I have not tried this recipe yet, but found it in the Feb issue of Looking Good Now magazine and thought I would share it. Seems it would be good for Wave 1,2 and 3. This is my first recipe post. If I error let me know as I have other recipes I would like to share. Thanks and enjoy!!

1 lb. pork tenderloin cut into 1-inch cubes
1 (16 oz) jar chunky style salsa
3 (15 oz) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup nonfat chicken broth
1 tbsp onion powder (not sure if this is sonoma friendly)
2 1/2 tsps. chili powder
1 tsp oregano
* It calls for 1/4 cup non fat sour cream as optional and this is not sonoma friendly on any wave level.

Spray the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients, except sour cream in slow cooker and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for 8-9 hours. Serve with the sour cream if desired.
