We had this last night to celebrate starting Wave 2, and oh! It was soooo good. It tastes downright sinful, but it's completely innocent. ;-)
I used 1/2 cup of yogurt and doubled the spices.
Spiced Grape and Yogurt Salad
1/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 cup green seedless grapes
1 cup red seedless grapes
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Add grapes and stir gently until well coated.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
