I halve the recipe for the dressing in the "Apple and Spinach Salad" in 3FC recipes. If you have tastebuds that like a little citrus and a little spice, try this:
Mix one tablespoon orange juice, one tablespoon lime juice, one teaspoon dijon mustard, and one teaspoon honey. It's only 37 cals for quite a bit of dressing. I have it with 20 cals (a large plate) of spinach, and it's my 57 cal wonder snack!!!
Do you have the Sonoma diet book and or the Sonoma recipe book? Both of those have pork and salad dressing recipes in it. You can check both of these out from the library I bet so you don't have to spend the money buying the books until you are certain.
Otherwise if you scroll through the Sonoma recipes, I know there are a few of them posted for salad dressing and some pork recipes. I see 6 pork recipes and a couple of salad dressing recipes. Just do a search in the Sonoma recipe forum under the word pork and then another search under dressing
