Hello Im new here and dont know anything about cooking i can barely do a sandwich are the sonoma diet recipes hard ? or any advise where i can learn about cooking. i really want to try this diet
Welcome. Check out some of the recipes at the top of this forum. Yes most do require some cooking.
As far as cooking lessons, some of the schools in your area might have adult education programs or else if you have a cookign supply store, you might inquire there to see if they know of a place. It's not hard to cook, and no matter what diet plan you try, cooking will be invaluable to you.
