It's time for round 2. I'll be beginning the Sonoma Diet this week (after being throughly discouraged and depressed about regaining 40lbs on Atkins). I am encouaged by what I've been reading and the recipes that have been posted on this site. Hopefully, I can start to definitively meet some of my life and weight goals. As I start diving into this, I'll let you all know how it goes. Any pointers are welcome. Thanks, in advance, for "listening". Soul Butterfly. |

Maintenance is a toughy, no matter which diet you lose it on the first time around. I didn't maintain either, and am doing it again. We have a GREAT forum for maintainers here, and I need to spend some serious time in there reading their advice so I'll do it right the next time. Maybe they'll be able to help you, too :) In the meantime, the Sonoma diet looks like a good one for getting it off, and keeping it off later, if we can stick it out :) Good luck! |
