Wink Hello everyone

Hi everyone.
I have been doing the Mediterranean diet.
When my mom died on January 2nd of this year I kind of lost perspective; but now I am 100% well maybe 90% back and committed.
I am hoping to fit myself in this group because the Med. board is kind of slow.

Is there a thread here that can explain this diet and how it is similar to the Med. diet?

There is a sticky above titled What is the Sonoma Diet? Same foods are the med diet, but with a portion control mechanism as well as a 10 day period in the beginning when certain foods are not eaten.

Hi Cara!

Welcome to Sonoma! I think the basics are that it is whole /clean foods, with emphasis on the 10 power foods. I am really enjoying the recipies posted on the board.

Welcome again!
