Its awfully quiet in here........ booooooooooooo !

I'm so glad summer is coming, that means more fresh cheap veggies, yum, just thinking about them being grilled

I'm just starting this Mediterranean way of eating
I love this thread because I havent bought the book yet. Are you doing the Sonoma diet ot the Mediterranean diet?

This post is VERY old, I'm surprised you found it

Good for you for starting the diet, its so healthy and sensible. Currently, no, I'm not doing the Med or Sonoma diet but there are other chickies here that are.
