I love this new forum!!! I have been following an unplanned Med. Diet for the last four months and it has made a HUGE difference in our lives! It really helps that I love to cook too! I know that this will be a lifelong change for me and my family!

Just found this forum. I'm very interested in the mediterranean diet. Sounds very healthy to me. I want so much to eat healthy and get healthier. Can't wait to get all the details of it.
