I am introducing myself here. My husband and I started this on the Friday after Thanksgiving. I choose Sonoma because it focuses on healthy eating and portion control without counting calories or points. I have done both before and lost weight but gain it back as soon as I stop counting. We skipped Wave 1 and started on Wave 2.
I noticed this part of the board is not real active. Anyone currently eating this way now?
