Jumping back in for a bit of accountability

Today
B: 2 slices WW toast with light butter
L: Greek salad & light yoghurt
S: 1 slice WW with peanut butter & banana
D: 2 beef wraps with veg & feta

L: Toasted ww feta and tomato sandwich, Mediterranean vegetable salad with ricotta, yoghurt
D: 1/2 Chicken burger & chips

Id like to loose 15 pounds by christmas 12 pounds by christmas.
b: 2 slice of toast (mini rye bread)with PB
L: 1/2 pomegranate and 1 egg salad sandwich on an english muffin (about 1 egg)
D: 1 pita with chicken lettuce tomatoes salsa, sour cream, green pepers and red onions

No exercise, still broken

p.s Congrats on the pregnacy Sarah! (or is it Sara? sorry ;s)

Hi again. Glad to see you all recommitted. I gained again. Time to redo.

I have a journal on the lowcarb website which I am now updating. I never had any success with the blogs they offer here-too much spam. I am not going to do Atkins again but I will be cutting out a lot of things . Alas I think I have to cut out a lot of dairy, I love cheese too well.

AM oatmeat/7grain ,milk
lunch salad, chicken, soup?
dinner meat, whole grain, veg, blueberries
snacks, carrots, ginger, apples, avocado, olives, soup(low sodium)
vitamins Calcium, Vit D fish oil
