Pilgrim - I love the quorn chicken pieces and also hate anchovies - would it be possible for you to post that recipe on here if you have the time? Haven't had a caesar salad in forever..

B: Bowl oatmeal with honey
S: Massive pear
L: Salmon and cannelini bean salad
S: Greek yoghurt
D: Will likely be a salad will update later

Exercise - pilates was cancelled this morning and in this extreme heat its not easy to get exercise in, however may take the dog for a stroll after work

Sarah - sure, if I can remember exactly what my modifications were! I'll have a go and let you know.

What I ate today:

B: Crunchy Bran with low-fat milk; banana
L: Steak and blue cheese wrap from the Sonoma Diet book, with Quorn Pepper Steak instead of meat and raw red peppers rather than canned; small handful blackberries
S: Mini babybel
D: Wholewheat pasta with home-made pesto, broad beans and goat cheese; grape juice

Exercise: 1 hr walking

Sarah, I've posted my adapted recipe here. It was easier to remember it than I thought it was going to be! And it's reminded me that I want to check out the other recipes in the recipe forum.

What I ate today:

B: Wholewheat pancakes, vegetarian sausages, strawberries
L: Courgette frittata, wholegrain crackers, blackberries
D: Wholegrain couscous salad with Quorn pieces and almonds (adapted from the Toasted Bulgur, Chicken & Almond Salad in the book); grape juice

Exercise: 30 mins walking. Should have been more, but I seem to have a bad cold coming on and couldn't face going out again in the afternoon :-(
