Default Sonoma/Mediterranean Weekly Thread Nov 07-13, 2010

Was sick since Friday last week with a horrible headcold, I rarely get sick so when I do it hits me hard. So no exercise on Friday or Saturday but I went to an open air Zumba event yesterday and did an hour of Zumba and 20 mins or so of Aerobics and it's back in the routine today.

Night shift so menu is back to front
D: Millet and vegetable risotto
L: Mediterranean vegetable salad
B: Greek yoghurt with honey
S: Apple with peanut butter, Banana

Exercise: Zumba 60 mins, Spinning 45 mins

Hope you are feeling better.
I went to a quilters retreat last weekend and ate what the hotel served. It was salmon one night and lasagne the next. Breakfast was oatmeal and berries.
But I did not skip the pie (also berry) and bought stuff at the farmers market like bean soup mix, cracked wheat-for cereal, cheese and 2 loaves of bread.
This week I had 4 days of homemade vegetable beef soup-too much bread and too much everything else. Have not lost my pound. I'm at 202 again.
