Hi All,

This is just an FYI. I was googling The Sonoma Diet and one of the links took me to Amazon which showed "The New Sonoma Diet" book to be released in Jan. 2011. Hopefully traffic/interest will pick up on this board the 1st of the yr. NAYY

CORRECTION: I meant for the title to read 2011 not 2010.

I updated the title for you

This sounds interesting! I think it's a fantastic diet plan, and look forward to hearing what the new book brings.

cool! Like an idiot I gave my book away and now I need to get one because I want to start the diet. *urg* so a new book fits the bill!

ckatgo I got my book =used through Amazon-it cost like $3.50- shipping cost was more then that.

I'm pretty much using the book as a mouse pad right now.Close by but not reading it=winging it too much. Nine inch plate, whole grains, and fresh fruits & veg. I know when I overdo things- know what the better choices are-just not following the recipes.

Cool! I loved that diet... it was the only one I've tried that worked and I loved feeling like I wasn't even on a diet! I lost nearly 30lbs in 3 or 4 months, but then went back to work full time. Yay for quick carb/sugar snacks and bad eating habits... I need a new book anyway! I'll have to get back into it!

I love this diet. Although it has involved A LOT of chopping lol. Lots of "micro cooking". Great taste though.
