I'm still at 220. A disappointment but I'll take it. I went a little chocolate crazy today. Easter I guess

B: greek yogurt, homemade mueslix, sugar free latte
L: cold peanut noodles with shrimp
S: chocolate (too much)
D: beef campama, brown rice, glass of pinot noir

Sarah, that didn't look like a blow out to me. I'll be glad when Easter is over tomorrow and all this candy goes away. It is killing me.

B: smoothie with greek yogurt, frozen berries, whey protein, sugar free latte
L: beef campama, brown rice
S: too much chocolate AGAIN!!!
D: homemade pizza with mushrooms and onions. I had to put swiss cheese on it because I was out of shredded mozzarella and much to my surprise, it's pretty good. Big garden salad with balsamic vinaigrette.

I'm absolutely exhausted which is part of my problem with the Easter candy. I have a much harder time controlling my eating when I am sleep deprived. I"m on call. Will be over shortly, thank goodness.

Mary, if you saw the amount of naan bread I put away (possibly the most fattening bread in the world) you'd definitely say it was a blowout! I don't mind, I thoroughly enjoyed it

Weigh in today and 1lb down since Mum arrived. Not super but hey it's not a gain. I'll happily take it and finally move my ticker down one more

Here's todays

B: Bowl of strawberries and grapes
S: Apple
L: Green salad
S: Apple, pear
D: Restaurant last night; 2 small white bread rolls with garlic butter, mussels cooked in wine and chilli, and salmon stuffed with prawn and wrapped in swordfish, with some fries. About 4 glasses of white wine. Glad I ate sensibly for breakfast and lunch to allow for all of that!
