This week will be a bit more challenging for me than usual, because Mum's coming to stay for 2 weeks tomorrow so I'm sure there will be wine and restaurant food thrown into the week. Also, it's St Patrick's day on Wednesday and this is a big day for Irish people. The tradition is to take the day off work and go out and get absolutely hammered but I will not be doing that this year. So most likely it will be a meal out somewhere after work, and a few drinks.
I'm really going to have to try to stay focused for the next two weeks. Last time Mum was here I think I put on about 5lbs. I have to remind myself how disappointed I will be in myself if I completely fall off the wagon. Thankfully Mum is on a health kick at the moment so hopefully there wont be that much alcohol and we'll get out for some long walks.
Here's todays -
B: Bowl fruit and fibre, low fat yoghurt
L: Stir fry veg and kidney beans with brown rice
D: Stir fry veg and kidney beans with brown rice
S: Apple, kiwi
20 mins wii

Sorry I haven't been around lately...I got distracted with my concert and then I had a stomach bug so I haven't really been eating anything. Saltines and Ginger ale The good news is I'm back at 125 lbs, so this week I'm going to work really hard on staying on track. Congratulations on everyones losses!
