Hello!
Momofsteel, how is it going? I started this diet 4 weeks ago and like it for all of the above reasons. However I cheat a lot so I have lost only one pound BUT! I have been eating really really good! I need to learn not to cheat--I know I could knock off the pounds I need to lose if I just buckle down. During a non cheating week I did make smoothies out of frozen fruit and yogurt and it did not slow my process. I am not beating myself up over cheating, I am using this time to see if I really want to eat this way for life and am learning that I do. I can see that I feel better when I eat the Sonoma way and am developing a real appetite for veggies (and red wine!!!) Blessings to all

Ugh, pass the paracetamol. After the wine last night it was someones bright idea to order jagermeister shots for everyone, so we all ended up doing about three, and an amaretto, and a baileys. Awesome night but I'm taking a break from alcohol now for a while.
Todays -
B: 2 ryvita spread with low fat cheese, low fat yoghurt
L: Oven baked fillet of cod with broccoli and cheese topping
D: Wholemeal roll, baked beans & scrambled egg

Ping, this is a Maltese speciality here and very cheap to buy frozen, so that's what I do, I buy a frozen bag of it then the odd time I'll have it for a meal, it's definitely not low fat as it's white pasta and its stuffed with cheese, but it's really good! I just have it with some tomato or arrabiata sauce. I try not to make a habit of eating it all the time though! To be honest I've never tried to make ravioli.. I must try soon. But any recipes that I actually do make, I am more than happy to share
Here's todays, still trying to detox after Tuesday night's drinking so I'm keeping it simple.
B: Bowl fruit and fibre with low fat yoghurt
L: Bowl fruit and fibre with low fat yoghurt
D: Lentil and veg sausage curry
Exercise 30 mins wii
