haha, well I hope you enjoy your curry. I ate SO bad yesterday...doughnuts, pizza, cookies, soda. I couldn't help it, I was in a situation where it was either that or not eating. My mom made these chicken cutlets with tomato basil and mozzarella that were from the Sonoma diet cookbook for dinner so at least one meal wasn't awful. My gut felt awful last night though...ugh.

Today:
B: 2 eggs and toast
L: Probably a salad
D: Grilled Chicken and veggies

Don't worry, I'm sure the damage isn't too bad if it was just one day. I had that day last week on Valentines and I know for sure I'll have it this coming Tuesday as well as I'm going to a work dinner and drinks. The important thing is to hop right back on the wagon.

Haha! The curry was lovely and it actually kept me full for like 5 hours too.

Well I'm happy this week, from Sunday - Sunday I managed to lose 3lbs, just by eating a bit more sensibly than usual and burning some cals on the wii fit. I would be thrilled to lose a similar amount next week.

Here's tonight's delights -

Chickpea, broccoli, cauliflower curry
Bowl of fruit and fibre with low fat yoghurt
1 pear
Bowl fruit and fibre, low fat yoghurt
