Mary, I tried Chenin blanc last night, it's really good! A new fave, thanks for the recommendation.

Here's mine for today.. My man decided to get up before me and make breakfast in bed for me this morning.. unfortunately it was not healthy (and I wasn't particularly hungry) but I felt guilted into eating it.

B: 2 white bread toasted cheese sandwiches
L: Salad of rocket, melon, avacado, feta, tomato, lettuce and honey viniagrette
S: Bowl allbran with skimmed milk and honey
D: Cooked veggies with brown rice

L: falafel in pita, soup au pistou
D: homemade mushroom and onion pizza, glass of pinot noir, big tossed salad with raspberry vinagrette, baked apple with dried fruit.

snack- celery & peanut butter
Dinner- planning a big salad with egg for protein.

I am going to try to do smoothies with fruit in the morning ,
soups with lots of veggies at lunch,
and salads with lean proteins at night .

L: Seared Beef with Orange Salsa (a sonoma recipe) and bulgur pilaf with pine nuts
