I don't follow Mediterranean Diet exactly, but my doctor recommends it as a healthy diet to follow. I don't post here often but lurk here occaisionally. Does anybody have any good recipes to use for the holidays ?

L: smoky slow cooker chili, slice of rye bread
D: turkey enchilada, broccoli with lemon and dill, glass of pinot grigio.

May have that dessert again tonight. it was really good. I can afford it calorie wise.
