Hello ladies (and gentlemen??)

So I am finally back from my trip! Which means back on track!

I managed to keep the weight off while i was gone so WOOHOO

I will start the weekly threads again next week but I just wanted to say hi and no im not dead!

It's been pretty S-L-O-W....here on the boards.
Tomorrow is weigh day for me and the Hubby. I will post weight then.
