I'm sorry I've been MIA. Hope you all found the info you needed for Wave 1. If not, let me know and I'll try to be more attentive this week. I'm on vacation and should have time to check back and answer. Welcome-this is a great diet. Easy to cook for the whole family (no special diet food) and in my opinion, easy to maintain over a lifetime but it does require cooking which is a drawback for some people.

Well I love to cook, which is why I have a problem with my weight. So no problem with the cooking. I found the book at the dollar store and am excited to get started this week. If you have any great recipes I would love to share. Thanks!
