Callie, sorry I missed your post. Been off work and not online much the past few days.
A couple of things. The first being to plan your meals in advance. I decide on a weekly basis what I am eating for the following week and shop accordingly. Don't be afraid to try new foods. New tastes are waiting for you on this plan so be ready to experiement. And even though the book doesn't go into it very much, PLAN some time every day for exercise as it is important not just for weight loss but for health.
Look through the recipe forum for ideas in case the ones in the book and the recipe book don't appeal to you. Most any recipe can be Sonoma-ized once you learn the rules.
