Hi all,
I've not been around in ages because I have been sick and very tired. I've had broonchitis which just wouldn't go away. I'm still not 100% but I think things are going better.
It's been a challenge to stick to Sonoma eating with no energy to make meals, so I have been eating less veggies (except salad) and more grains than I should. Weight has dropped a little, usually when I'm sick and stop running I gain weight, but I've been eating little too so that hasn't happened this time. Trying to get the energy back to exercise again and prepare the great meals I was getting used to.
I think I gained a little this weekend with (Canadian) Thanksgiving, but now I have some leftovers to work with for healthy food.
I hope everyone else is doing better, just wanted to say hello to all my buddies.
