I make this dish for parties... and with 4th of July coming up, I made it SBD friendly...so I can have it tooo!
8 -8inch WW Tortillas
8 Oz LF/FF Cream Cheese
8 Oz LF Sour Cream
3 Chopped Scallions
1 can Chopped Green Chilies -drained
Spices: (Garlic,Onion,Pepper, and what ever you like)
Mix all the ingredients together,and spread on tortilla. Roll Tortilla up,then roll it in foil and refridgerate for 4 hours to 24 hours.
Remove from foil, slice and serve with your favorite Salsa.
