Default Apple/Strawberry/Kiwi Salsa

2-3 firm, tart apples, cored, peeled and cut in small pieces (Granny Smith is recommended)
2-3 Kiwis, cut in small pieces
2 c. strawberries, hulled and cut into small pieces
1/4 c. orange juice (I squeeze the 1/4 c juice from one orange)
2 T. brown sugar (I used Splenda's recipe for diet brown sugar or Sugar Twin brown sugar)
2 T. sugar-free strawberry or raspberry jam
Back on the beach after being off for 5 years. Here goes nothin'! Started 9/8/14

A wise friend once said: "Focus. Decide what you want to do with your life and do it.

I know this an old post but in case anyone missed it, here is Barb0522's post of the recipe.

This recipe is designed to help you replace brown sugar in your dessert recipes.

Makes: enough to replace 1 cup standard brown sugar

1 cup SPLENDAŽ No Calorie Sweetener, Granular
1/4 cup Sugar-Free Maple Syrup (made with SPLENDAŽ Brand Sweetener)

Pour ingredients into a small mixing bowl and mix well. Use as brown sugar in your favorite baked recipes where brown sugar is required. Makes 1/4 cup (enough to replace 1 cup of standard brown sugar).

I like to use the Sugar Twin Brown Sugar but I have heard many people say this tastes better.
