Just saw this as a suggestion on my hummus container, and I thought I'd share:
5-Layer Mediterranean Dip
1. Spread hummus onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
2. Cover with layers of chopped tomato (1/2 cup), chopped cucumbers (1/4 cup) and crumbled feta cheese (low-fat feta for SBD-friendly).
3. Serve with assorted crackers (stone ground wheat would be SBD-friendly)
FYI: My favorite hummus is the Athenos roasted garlic flavor.
