Default Apple/Strawberry/Kiwi Salsa

APPLE/STRAWBERRY/KIWI SALSA (Phase 2 )

2-3 firm, tart apples, cored, peeled and cut in small pieces (Granny Smith is recommended)
2-3 Kiwis, cut in small pieces
2 c. strawberries, hulled and cut into small pieces
1/4 c. orange juice (I squeeze the 1/4 c juice from one orange)
2 T. brown sugar (I used Splenda's recipe for diet brown sugar or Sugar Twin brown sugar)
2 T. sugar-free strawberry or raspberry jam

This may sound stupid, but what is Splenda's recipe for borwn sugar?

I know this an old post but in case anyone missed it, here is Barb0522's post of the recipe.
