Default Barbequed Pecans

2 Tbs light margarine (or other margarine substitute)
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
1 Tbs low carb ketsup
1 liberal dash of tabasco
4 cups of pecan halves (shelled and clean of coarse)

Melt margarine in large pot. Stir in worchestershire sauce, ketsup, & tabasco until well blended. Add pecans and stir until pecans all well coated.
Spread pecans out on cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes.

Remove pecans from oven and spread them out on paper towels and lightly salt. Let them set until completly dry. They usually taste better the next day. These are easily stored in jars or baggies.

Snack size = 15

Nummy! Better be careful with this one though and remember 15 halves is a day's allowance. I just ran it through Fitday and the whole recipe is 3106 calories and 312 grams of fat.
Carbs is 64 but fiber is 42.
So....if you want to gain a pound and get the runs, eat the whole recipe!
