Default Cheese crackers

My dh saw this on food network and thought he would try them.

Take 1 heaping tsp. of any kind of cheese. Finely shredded. No fat/low fat of course.
Place cheese on a Teflone baking sheet (you place this sheet on top of a cookie sheet pan.
Bake at 350 until they turn brown.
Let cool remove and place on paper towels to absort excess oils.
Really good. Enjoy
